Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC)

The Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner is an independent public body responsible for ensuring that all immigration advisers fulfill the requirements of good practice. The OISC is also responsible for regulating immigration advisers in accordance with the Commissioner's Code of Standards and Rules (pdf). Visalogic is OISC registered (registration number F200500209), meaning you can be secure in the knowledge that you are are receiving expert immigration advice. Visalogic is registered to the highest standard (level 3) with the OISC and is permitted by the OISC to deal with complex casework, substantive preparation for appeal work and representation before the Immigration Appellate Authority (IAA).

Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC)

Visalogic is a registered Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) business partner. The REC supports and represents more than 7,000 corporate members and 5,000 individuals who make up the UK's £24.5 billion recruitment industry. As members we are committed to the REC's Code of Good Practice, ensuring that we conduct our business ethically and to the highest standards.

Immigration Law Praticioners' Association

ILPA is a professional association of lawyers and academics practising in or concerned about immigration, asylum and nationality law.

Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA)

The MARA regulates the Australian migration advice profession and monitors the conduct of registered migration agents. Visalogic employs Registered Migration Agents (principal Migration Agents Registration Number 0322425) and therefore all Visalogic employees must adhere with the MARA professional standards as set out in the Code of Conduct (pdf). This means you can have peace of mind that your Australia visa application is being dealt with by a reputable, registered and qualified individual.
