What if my card is refused?

Cards are not refused by Visalogic Ltd but by your bank or card issuer. There could be many reasons this may happen and we suggest you contact your card issuer in the first instance if you experience a problem with your payment being declined.

Applying for a refund

You may cancel a payment made on this website within 7 days of making the payment. For any refund requests please email [email protected] quoting your full name, Case ID number, date of payment, and reason for requesting a refund. Note that your Case ID number is contained in the email receipt you received from Visalogic Ltd at the time of payment.

All refunds are subject to security controls and will be credited to the payment card used to make the order.
